Unfortunately, you can’t cancel your order online once it’s been placed. But if you contact our team we’ll do our best to make any changes we can to your order before it’s dispatched.
Can I order something that isn’t in stock?
If we don’t have the colour or size you want in stock, you can sign up on the product page to be notified when we do.
Why was my order cancelled?
If anything you order isn’t available at the time of fulfilment, our team will send you an e-mail and remove that item from your order and issue a refund as soon as possible.
How much is shipping?
At the moment we offer free shipping within Hong Kong and Singapore and free shipping on all orders over USD$200. All other orders are shipped at a flat rate of USD$15.
When will I get my order?
As soon as you check out, our warehouse gets to picking, packing, and shipping your order. We try to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. During sale periods, dispatch times might be longer on busy days. After that, all Hong Kong orders, sent using Hong Kong Smart Post, take 2-3 working days and all international orders, sent using Hong Kong E-Express, take 7-10 working days.

Customs and import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out more information about your country's charges before you place your order. Customs or import charges aren’t applicable for orders within Hong Kong.

How do I return something?
If you’re not happy with anything you’ve bought make sure you send it back within twenty-one days of purchase.
We can offer a full refund on any items purchased on www.thruapparel.com.
All returned items must be in original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with all the tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns or refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover or refund the cost of any return shipping.
Any bralettes, swimwear, gift cards, sale or promotional items, or items bought with store credit are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
All refunds will be issued to original forms of payment.
All returns and refunds will be processed once our customer care team receives your returned package.
Thru is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking information.
Thru monitors returns to identify any potential misuse or abuse of our return policies.

How long do I have to make a return?
All returns should be made within twenty-one days. Anything sent to us outside of the twenty-one day period will be sent right back.
Can I return something from a sale?
Sorry, anything purchased as part of a sale or promotion is final. Make sure you check out our size guide or reach out to our customer care if you have any questions about size or fit.

Will everything fit the same?
We size all our items in line with our size guide below. Some products are made with different materials and can sometimes feel or fit different. If you’re unhappy with anything, you can return it in line with our standard return policy.

Measuring your overbust
Measure around the fullest part of your breast, usually this is the circumference around your nipples.
Measuring your underbust
Measure around your chest just below your breast, this is the circumference of your ribcage.
Measuring your waist
Measure around your waistline at belly button level. This is the smallest area of the waist.
Measuring your hip
Stand with feet together to take your hip measurement. Measure around the fullest part of your body.

What size should I get?
We stock sizes from XS-L. Make sure you check out our size guide or reach out to our customer care if you have any questions about size or fit.
What if I’m between sizes?
thru apparel is stretchy, comfy, and accommodating. If you’re in between sizes we’d recommend you go for the smaller size.
How should I wash thru apparel?
Don't be afraid to go hard and get sweaty in your thru, it’s made to endure wear after wear, and wash after wash.
Here are our recommended care instructions:

Can I get any discount?

Do you do gift cards?
We do! Type “gift card” in the search bar above or find them in the store directory. Once you buy a gift card you can enter the recipient’s e-mail. You’ll get an e-mail with a promo code that can type in at checkout. You can keep anything that didn’t spend and use it the next time they checkout.
Can I return a gift card?
Unfortunately, the sale of gift cards is final, and we can’t issue any refunds for them.
